I was always a sucker for drama ever since watching clannad lol. But there was one that I watched recently that was boring lol. There were some events that happened in the show that shouldn’t be dramatic whatsoever 🥲

I do agree with your comedy statement, it varies between all of us. There is some actual good comedy out there like Asobi Asobase, Grand Blue, Gintama for example. I think it mostly has to deal with the same overused tropes from other animes getting used over and over again in different shows.

Oh I see. If you want to watch any drama, I’d definitely recommend Clannad. I saw your list as well btw, you’re a cultured man man, you even rated some of those types of shows very highly. 😂

I completely agree, anime/manga now doesn't feel the same as it did back then. Honestly that's why I watch/read a lot of older stuff. I love watching the old anime openings too, I have a whole playlist that I listen to. It's great nostalgia.
