Prologue : This is your previous ManOfBalance account who got deleted by me which i started again a new. So if you wonder what is the anime that i already watch, it is the same anime as in my previous deleted account. The only differences is that I who decided what i'm gonna like at my favorites column, what i'm gonna hate and love at my entire anime or manga list, and when I gonna develop my anime taste. Enough for the prologue and lets go to the "not-so-new" introduction of mine.

Hi hi. I am just your average Indonesian otaku who likes anime, automotive, and technology very much. My biggest dream is to become an English VA in Funimation, Aniplex, Viz Media, and Bang Zoom Entertainment (and work together and have friends with two of my most inspiring English VAs named Xanthe Huynh and Aaron Dismuke)! Speaking of anime, i believe that every demography and genre has its own plus and minus.

My true nature is balance and fairness, especially when it comes to my interests. As my nature and my name says, i love all kinds of anime aspects. They have it's greatness and ugliness. Either dubs and subs, either action or slice of live, either romance or superpowers, either shonen or shojo, either seinen or josei, and even some of these "elitists favorite animes" has its greatness and badness. I don't care of what kind of aspect it is, there will always be good and bad. I also judge an anime that i watched by balancing between enjoyment and quality of anime.

Speaking of how i rate an anime, i try to score it both objectively and subjectively, and here is how i rate an anime from 10 to 1.

Superb! (10) : I will consider the anime that reached this point to be perfectly written and i will enjoy it both subjectively and objectively. They may be have flaws, but meh... their flaws are just a little bit of flaws, and it doesn't make the anime to be not enjoyable. The point is, this anime is ZA BESUTO!!
For example : Monster, Shinsekai Yori, Gurren Lagann, Mawaru Penguindrum.

Amazing! (9) : An enjoyable, but it lacks a liiiitttllleee bit more thing to be scored a 10/10. This kind of anime may be has some little flaws that putting me off, but i still consider this anime as an amazing series.
For example : Yuru Camp, Dumbbell Kilo nan Moiteru, Evangelion, Psycho-Pass.

Very cool! (8) : Animes that i scored an 8 is the anime that has high-low to low-mid level of flaws. Eventhough i don't enjoy this anime as much as the 9/10 ones, i still found this 8 rated anime to be very enjoyable.
For example : Madoka Magica, Kill la Kill, Haibane Renmei, Akira.

Worst from the best (7) : In this 7 score territorial is the anime that i will consider it as the worst from the best. I can consider this as an 8/10 animes, but with even more flaws seen throgh the anime.
For example : Golden Boy, Paprika, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Gakkou Gurashi.

Hmmm........ (6) : Alright, we start to enter the zone where this anime can be enjoyable or unenjoyable. Some animes at this point can be actually good, but it has a lot of flaws to be considered to be enjoyable. Some of them might i consider as guilty pleasure.
For example : Jibaku Shonen Hanako-kun, Madoka Magica : Rebellion, Selector Infected WIXOSS, Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari.

Average (5) : Meh.... this animes is just your daily cliche anime that you can find and heard at your local area newbie anime community. They're not a bad anime, but they're not that good either.
For example : Angel Beats, Naruto, Sword Art Online, Asagao to Kase-san.

Bad, but still forgivable (4) : Animes at this tier is the animes that are bad, but hey, at least they still have moral values, life lessons, and some of the subjectively good things from this kind of anime. Infact some of them are rewatchable.
For example : Tokyo Ghoul, Campione, No Game No Life, Keijo.

GGGRRRAAARRRGGHH........ (3) : What is this!? Why they're so badly written!? I admitt that these kind of animes are so bad that they only have a tiny bit of moral value and life lessons that we can get from the anime.
For example : Elfen Lied, I"s Pure, Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu Ka, Date a Live.

IT'S TOXIC!! (2) : I don't know what i have to say about this thing. This kind of anime is sooo bad and soo messed up that the only thing that these anime have is the story, it's existence, AND it's plot.
For example : Mirai Nikki, Deadman Wonderland, High School of the Dead, Black Bulet.

RIP AND TTEEEAAAAARRRR!!! (1) : There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD that i can take from this anime, and heck even THEY DONT MAKE AN SINGLE EFFORT TO MAKE THIS ANIME EVEN EXISTS!!! I regret this and i wish that they never made this series EVER!
For example : Corpse Party, Kanokon, Valkyrie Drive : Mermaid, Maken-Ki.

If there is an anime that falls into my "special case" scoring (which can be good, bad, or make me confuse), this is how i score an anime that falls into my "special case" tier.

Starlight = Utena + Madoka + Love! live. Gitu cara enak jelasinnya wkwkwk. Aku saranin kalau mau nonton starlight harus sedikit lebih fokus dari saat nonton anime lain. Banyak detail kecil yanth bisa menceritakan cerita soalnya. Nanti bakal ada theater karakternya nyanyi dan saling bertarung satu sama lain. Tolong dengerin lagunya sama objek panggung karena itu identik dengan emosi karakter. Kalau beneran jadi nonton coba cek blog post biar lebih memahami tentang starlight.

Kurang lebih begitu sih, lagian suka sama karakter itu super subjektif banget. Bisa saja tiap orang punya alasan yg aneh haha, kadang gak perlu alasan mendalam, seperti aku suka Shinobu. Aku suka karena cara bicara sama ketawanya doang xD tapi ada episode berapa gitu tentang Shinobu yg bikin aku nangis.

Aah~ iya, ada banget orang seperti itu. Kadang sampai bingung gimana cara jelasinnya jadi berharap kalau pikiran bisa dicetak jadi buku. Biar orang lain baca sendiri isi pikiran kita, haha. Tapi aku ngerti kok, kan alasannya juga hampir sama dengan aku

Fans Yuuki Yuuna kan ?. Kebetulan nih entah kenapa lagi pengen aja nonton Mahou Shoujo :). Bisa jual aku ke Yuuki Yuuna. Biar ada keseimbangan karena juga sedang nonton precure yang kurang lebih ceritanya happy.

Maah~ bagus atau nggaknya itu subjektif banget sih, karena masing" orang punya pandangan yg berbeda. Yg penting jadi diri sendiri, enjoy dengan selera sendiri, jangan terpengaruh dengan selera orang lain karena bisa saja itu malah torture buat diri sendiri, dan saling menghargai :)

Rei? Hmm.. karena Rei itu related to me. BANGET. xD sifat"nya sebagian mirip dengan aku dulu, tapi yg lebih penting gimana dia menyikapi takdirnya itu yg menurutku luar biasa. Manusia banget, tapi manusia yg keren. Kalau diibaratkan dengan warna, manusia itu abu". Angels itu putih dan devils itu hitam. Nah, waktu lihat Rei itu, entah aku jadi berpikir aja.. sebagai manusia (dengan apa yg dimiliki dan diberi Tuhan) tetaplah jadi warna abu", tetaplah jalan ditengah, jangan menjadi putih atau hitam. Balance, seimbang. Saat kamu melepas warna abu" dan pergi ke putih, kamu gak akan mengerti warna hitam, atau sebaliknya. Karena itu, teteplah jadi orang yg tau keduanya. Gak tau sih kenapa, tapi itu yg aku pikirkan tiap lihat Rei. Kalo Rem, yah nggak usah dijelasin juga kayaknya udah jelas banget xD

Sure :) My taste is indeed bonkers. That compatibility is actually pretty high - the two guys I talk to the most on here are at 3.2% ( @Anise_Punter ) and 23.5% ( @Bajar )... I don't usually pay much attention to that.

I'll probably watch GTO for the first time within a year, don't know about Monster though, I've been procrastinating that ever since I saw the opening of it 11 years ago :D
