I rate based on my own enjoyment as well as how well I thought it was executed based on genre, source material if I know it and how well it accomplishes certain goals.

I typically prefer supernatural shonen action, but I'll watch any genre. Harem and ecchi are typically not something I enjoy, but there have been some exceptions (Is it Wrong to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon/The World God Only Knows/Prison School to name a few). PLEASE recommend me some good samurai anime, I have a few on my plan to watch but I want more because they're so interesting to me!

First Anime: (not including obvious things like pokemon/digimon/etc.) Blue Exorcist

First Videogame Completed: Danganronpa

How I discovered anime/manga: It was 2012 and not long after my tenth birthday. I was a pokemon/yu-gi-oh!/digimon obsessed little girl in Barnes and Noble so when I saw the rotating rack of all Blue Exorcist manga I was in awe. I knew I had to get it when I saw volume eight, where a happy boy was riding the back of a cute cat. Of course, I begged my mother to get it and immediately went home to read but was shocked to see it was backwards. Volume eight was nearing the end of the battle with the impure king (takes place in season 2 of the anime which hadn't even been announced yet). I was so confused but I couldn't stop looking at it. I must have read it at least five times within that first few days. From there, I looked it up online and found the anime and have been caught up in it ever since.

I also draw and write my own comics of varying genre.
