WELCOME I'm a guy who's all-around in terms of japanese media whether it be anime, manga, light novels, visual novels or even music. I probably will be hesitant to watch/read/play something unless revoked to do so. I'll recommend 3 titles for now if you want more I definitely can:
Humanity has Declined
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (you can watch the sequel "Stardust Crusaders" after this too)
Kemono no Souja
I can definitely give more but I figure recommending most of JoJos is a lot of seasons as is. But I know you'll have a lot of fun with these titles. Especially Erin that anime is one of the best coming of age stories I've seen.
