When the most beautiful boy in town isn't knee-deep in obscure video games or studying the Japanese language, you're likely to find him marathoning some equally obscure anime. If it wasn't clear enough already, I was talking about myself, of course.
When it comes to anime, I love thought provoking, interesting and unique series, although I have to admit that I some time rely on the comfort food of easy to understand shounen series or the most mundane comedy series. Ecchi is a bit iffy, though, so no thanks. It's not that I don't like the opposite sex, it's just that I tend to prefer a more tasteful presentation. Not that I judge you at all should you like it...
In addition to a healthy(?) obsession with anime, I also enjoy playing video games for hours on end, and my taste in games tend to be somewhat similar to my tastes when it comes to TV: Obscure and Japanese. If you want to chat games with me, hit me up in the comments, on Twitter or where ever, really.
My favorite genres are rhythm games, fighting games and RPGs. I tend to think of gameplay as the key to good games, and this is where I think Japanese developers still have the upper hand. Among my favorite series are Yakuza, Smash Bros., Rhythm Paradise and Fire Emblem.
I also write about games. Please hire me.
