Pretty thought-provoking i'd say. I really sympathize with the main character's plight since he invariably gets his ass handed to him whenever he tries his best not to be smug about his character and to instead to hide his disposition as a means of proving his worth to others. The hardcore sex beginning from chapter 50 and onwards is kind of a turnoff but at the same time it has a lot to say regarding human nature and how perceptions can be distorted accompanied by the wrong influences. The politics are, at least in my view, semi-believable seeing as not just anybody may have a say in what gets passed on as governmental mandate and law and who decides who gets to scurry along scot-free. It's anyone's game, and oftentimes it may be the victimizers who rescind the short end of the stick to their victims, meaning the heroes of our stories may not necessarily stand a fighting chance at outgunning those who are vehemently opposed to their ideals.

Though, i hope this loosely interconnected collection of vignettes reaches a tempestuous climax soon or at the bare minimum intersects with the main overarching plotline in some consequential way. I imagine it'd wring my attention span dry if it were to go on like this right up to the cathartic final chapters. I expect a proper catharsis from all these seemingly uncollated developments sometime soon.

Yeah, sin duda Vinland Saga es de los mejorcitos mangas que se puedan leer, disfrute tanto que hasta me releía los capítulos completos 2 o 3 veces al solo terminarlos (cosa rara en mi :0) ...a esperar que nos ofrece la futura animación :D
