So I read all your reviews (of the shows I've seen). And I have to say, it's borderline creepy how close our opinions are on certain shows (DiTF, TGre, TTGL,SC etc.)

The only review i somewhat disagree with is Angel Beats. I don't think it's underrated.I think the ridiculous nature of the show somewhat softens the impact of the harsh backstories and emotional themes surrounding its characters. One moment they're blowing characters into the ceiling, the next moment they're hitting you with the feels train so hard, hitting the ceiling doesn't feel so bad anymore. Throughout the whole show i was like "what am i supposed to feel?" Also the show is too short, it does well with no. of episodes it has, to develop it's characters. But it could've been better with more episodes.
But that's my personal opinion. Maybe on re watching i may see it differently.

Other than that I think your reviews are well written, nicely constructed and deserve some more recognition. Looking forward to more reviews. tc.

100% agree that Gurren Lagann receives too much praise. It's not even a fraction of how good people say it is

Yeah sure, I guess we haven't the same journey in the world of japanimation, but that's not by saying "we all have got our opinions" that we're gonna make our mutual opinions progress, you know.
