Haha Chinese is a bit similar to Japanese, though not entirely. It's not a bad language to learn, but it's hard because the basis for it is entirely different from any European language.
:( that's sad, even if I can guess why. My school didn't teach any language other than Chinese and Malay, so if we wanted to learn French, German or Japanese we had to go to an external centre.

I don't have much hope for the DVD after the Best Of CD was announced :( But it's 2012, and Revo has been pretty consistent in producing something once every two years. So maybe we'll get another single or album this year \o/

Wow that's really amazing. Italina, Greek and Latin are all pretty foreign to me ^^ I'm decent at Chinese but that's really the only other language that I can understand at all. The little bit of Japanese that I picked up from Sound Horizon and anime doesn't count.

Haha I usually end up watching whatever happens to catch my eye, and most of the time I don't really watch shoujo anime >.< not that I have anything against the genre, but most of the time the synopsis on MAL doesn't sound interesting to me.
Yeah it's time-consuming, so I should have done that when I was younger and had lots of free time T.T I just got a job, working at a bookstore. It's not too bad but I get stressed out easily hehe.

Yeah I have a few old anime stuck on my plan-to-watch, but then I don't ever follow that list so... they stay stuck hehe.
I don't have the patience :P I drop it after a while if I find that thinking about starting a new episode makes me cringe. Sometimes I just don't feel like watching it and they end up never being watched XD I should try sticking through every episode though, because you're right it's a more balanced judgement when you watch everything.

Actually I'm quite emotional too XD I cry very easily when watching stuff (shhh). It might just be that I don't watch a lot of anime. Three years ago I clocked like 14 days on MAL and even now I'm still at 22...

Well I guess I can't really complain since reading online confuses me more often than not... And I don't know if my Chinese improved, but it was pretty fun to take my time and figure everything out slowly.

Sometimes seeing artwork improve over the series is fun too, hahaha.
I like older anime series because a lot of them have music unique to their era and good voice actors as well, so it's usually a battle between that and the poor art/animation to determine whether I'll finish it XD

Yeeeah but the attachment part is hard. Creating a series that people can love is a tricky business XD I don't even rate many anime a 10 but when I do, it's almost like a wedding vow - till death do us part XD

Yeah, there are. I tried a bit of Naruto and didn't really like it (partly because the length put me off but well moving on, moving on~) Most of my favourite series are pretty short, but the one that I'm rewatching now is 75 episodes and it just makes my heart cry every time.

Riza is a really good female character for a shounen manga. Most of the time female characters don't really get enough development. And I ship her with Roy (only about a hundred times LOLOLOL).
I should pick that up, I'm not really reading a lot of manga now. Only D.Gray-man and even then I'm waiting for the volumes to come out...

Tutturu~ everyone in that show is lovable one way or another. More proof that you don't need 200 episodes to make a good series, hehehe.
