If you want to know more NOW, then you've got no other way but reading it. I won't, at least for now. First, I've gotten up-to-date with Shounen Jump's Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, Nisekoi, Naruto, One Piece and Kuroko no Basket. Now I'll end Evangelion, get up-to-date with the soon-to-end Sket Dance... This friday's release date here in Spain, so I get to buy Shingeki no Kyojin #5, Deadman Wonderland #9 and Death Note #5 and #6. So I still have long before I feel the need to read ahead on HxH ^^''

'Death Note' is the redefinition of shounen manga. It's quite different from much others, but it's worth reading it. After all, it's by the same authors of 'Bakuman' :)
