So basically I was searching for a Kingdom Hearts fan club to join because I'm super stoked for KH 1.5 and 2.5. As I was looking I came across an Axel x Roxas yaoi fanclub. I'm thinking to myself why in the bloody hell do people ship these two. They don't like each other like that at all. That's where you come into this. I randomly decided to pick a member and ask the following question. Do yaoi fans actually watch these shows to enjoy them for what they are? Or do they just watch it to make these pairings? The whole thing annoys the hell out of me. My all-time favorite anime Hunter x Hunter was targeted by a bunch of yaoi fans. They went on about how Gon and Killua are gay for each other and anyone who doesn't agree is homophobic. Clearly they don't like each other and that's why I don't support it. I've never actually addressed this with anyone and I'm just interested in getting an answer. Did you watch Katekyo Hitman Reborn for the epic story and characters? Or did you watch it just so you could pair random characters together?

Ps. I'm in no way saying you can't pair character's together.
