Just a dude living anime, gaming and playing the game called "real life".
Likes to talk about anime and final fantasy.
Giving my life to anime since 2010-11 (season per season).
Atm I watched over 1000 different animes, but I'm to bored to add each :D
and I rewatched the ones I like not just once :O
The way I ranked animes.
Story, Character Design, Soundtrack, Art Style, ...
To much work (and a deleted acc of other ranking side that went down), so the way now:
1. Setting (coherence of the world)
2. Story (plot)
3. Character Design (development, coherence)
4. Development of the story
1st of all, every anime is a 5 out of 10.
There are pros and cons for each.
A 6 is like: "Only for hardcore genre fans and even they can have some problems with the anime."
A 7 for me is like: "I like it overall and if you like the genre, I would recomment it for you."
A 8 is like: "Damn, it's pretty good for its genre and maybe you like it, even if you don't like the genre."
A 9 would be: "Watch this anime, it's awesome and I know you don't like mecha, but this one got something."
A 10 would be a masterpiece and I haven't seen one yet.
(A 10 for "One Punch Man" and "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood", cause you can recomment these to people, who have no contact point with animes at all and they will like it anyway. And "FMA Brotherhood" is anyway the closest to a masterpiece.)
Under 5 points, the anime is overall bad. Maybe one or two nice scenes, but overall still bad. Don't waste your time to rewatch it :D
So don't be sad, if you see so many 7 and 8 ranked animes in this "out of 10" ranking.
