I never write reviews so this is not gonna be some professional review, I'm just genuinely disappointed.
I've watched Initial D first & second stage so far and what I liked so much about it, is that the fanservice wasn't noticable at all and that the female characters actually had a personality. This OVA however, just left all of that in the dust.
Fanservice is almost everywhere and I can usually tolerate it pretty well, but I was quite upset with this one. There was no need for fanservice and nudity in the first & second stage, so why add it now? It didn't add anything
