Started watching anime around July 2020.

How I review/rate series:
Disclaimer: I normally rate shows between 6-10 stars only because all anime was created by a hard-working team who put effort into designing the show. I only rate shows lower than 6 if they try to be something they're not or I genuinely hated watching it.

I take into account both my personal enjoyment factor and the objective quality of the show (animation, music, sound effects, plot, characters). An important factor that I personally take into account is if the show tries to be something it is not. For example, a low-quality show incorporating complicated lore that doesn't match the theme of the story. That deducts a lot of points on my rating scale.

10 stars: 9/10 enjoyment and 10/10 objective or 10/10 enjoyment and 9/10 objective or 10/10 for both. This series is perfectly crafted and I absolutely loved watching every second of it.
9 stars: I loved watching this show and it deserves all the praise it gets. It might not be perfect and parts of the series may have minor flaws, but overall it is an extremely solid series.
8 stars: This show is certainly above average and is very enjoyable to watch.
7 stars: This is an average show which doesn't really stand out from the crowd.
6 stars: This show is below average, I probably didn't enjoy watching the show very much and may have watched it on 1.25x speed. Objectively speaking, the show is probably not that great either.
Lower than 6 stars: This show sucks and I hated almost every episode of it. Objectively speaking, this show is an abomination and an insult to all anime.
