Have been watching anime off and on since the mid '90s. It first grab my attention because of the captivating art and adult content not seen in Western animation. I now watch it for the complex stories and characters as well as interest in how it has evolved as an art form.

Winter's are rough, dude. My knees and joints have been killing me recently since the east coast is getting mad chilly. no sno plz! Also been watching more youtube at night before bed.
Honestly, I use this site as a backup for my lists now since the big shit-storm in the summer and have moved over to AniList and am quite happy with the layout and ppl there, but definitely still check this place out to chat with folks. Never was into the forums here, anyway. How bout urself, how you been?
Actually the movie was only the remake...with animation quality upgrade and better action..and some added scenes.
You could go movie 1 after this. '-')b
I loved it to about 2011 then I actually had one of those "Stan" moments and the last one I saw was the 2-part one about him being cynical about stuff. Just lost it. That's Adult Swim show, right? Never saw it because it looks like Back to the Future and I always disliked that movie, lol. I miss the older Adult Swim, like when Aqua Teen was new and Home Movies, Sealab and Harvey Birdman; Tim and Eric are dope, though.
It was quite lame, but lancing it was entertaining- no kidding, looked like some jacked up boil in an inner thigh. I try to get windows open daily because cig's aren't very kind to smokers, lol, and they like to mess my material possessions up. I clean my figures about once a month with little brushes and air duster and I try to dust my beautiful, beautiful H-manga's on the same schedule.
Yeah, my biz, I got lazy and the best way for a lazy dude do deal with shit is to use the ol' (sp) haha. I really think his cold rationality is what secured that spot of amazing villain for me; plus philosophically, he isn't "wrong," he's just accepting of conditions of a world that doesn't embrace soft feelings. It's business like. I think another of my fav villains is that dude from True Detective season 1 (Yellow King) because of how fucked up the whole thing is :) Very special shout-out goes to the small hamlet of Summerisle itself, from the masterpiece The Wicker Man (the real one, obv). Go for it, man! Very good read and it has this fantastic style that is like listening in on a city; it's almost like a run-on-sentence, but it works. I lost my copy of 120 Days to a fitting bathroom accident, haha, so it was poetic justice in a way- really wish I still had that copy, too, because the Penguin Press translation isn't as good as I remember it.
