Thank you for the Santa recommendations! I just finished watching Scrapped Princess, I really enjoyed the recommendation, It was definitely something I would of prolly never watched without one. The mecha aspect was a surprise for sure but overall I enjoyed it. As for the other anime Joshikousei no Mudazukai I have yet to watch that one but I added it to my plan to watch.

It's certainly a struggle not liking Rie Kugimiya's voice as a tsundere lover. I'm not sure what it is, but after watching one season of Zero no Tsukaima, I had had enough lol. Luckily I wasn't into anime during what looks like her tsundere prime (late 2000s / early 2010s?), so by the time I started watching, there were plenty of other options!

Moving on, thanks for the recs! I understand that my list/scores can be hard to work with and that some of them may seem confusing - so I really appreciate the effort that you put into making my gift. I tend to judge negatives really harshly, which sometimes results in the show’s score basically being doomed from the start, which would explain atleast a couple of the surprising low scores you were referring to.

Anyways, I'll be watching all 3 recommendations (hopefully by the end of the month) and will let you know what I thought of each. I've wanted to get to Bebop and Akudama since the middle of last year, so seeing those in my recs was awesome. Flag also intrigues me and it's something that I would've never found on my own, so I'm rather excited for that as well. I hope the new year is treating you well so far - thanks again.

Hi Santa!!! :D Thank you so much for your gifts this holiday season!!! I haven't had time to watch them yet (have a huge backlog that will last til February), but plan to watch them after that :) I hadn't heard of either of them before the event (though I did come across Seirei no Moribito while working as an elf helper in the event) and that was basically most of what I was asking for - something you liked that you thought I would like but pretty unknown :) Can't say for sure if I will like them until I watch them, but I am very happy for now!!!

I'm most excited for Noein, don't really know why. But I saw you liked Seirei no Moribito more (and even recommended it in 2019 I see lol), so I am pretty interested in it too!!! Gotta see if your comparisons hold up, haha.

As for Ghost in the Shell, maybe I'll consider watching it too more now since you mentioned it :) Of course I know of it, but it's never really been on my radar. I didn't know it was a detective show before! :O

Thanks for the recommendations from the secret santa event. I appreciate them, and added them to my ptw cause I had forgotten to add them beforehand. Imma try to check them out soon, albeit I've been a bit out of it when it comes to anime lately. Hope you are having a great new year.

I had actually started Seirei no Moribito with a few episodes, but paused for a bit, but I've gone back and started watching it, and wow really loving it!!!! Vampire Hunter D I've downloaded to watch for a plane trip I'm going on next week, and exited to see!
As well as Rurouni Kenshin OVA, it's my friends favourite, but I haven't checked it out yet, so this was a great excuse to check it out, and wow! Really loved it!
