Dude it's horrible. I don't understand how a Naruto fan like yourself is not outraged by the dogshit quality. It would be fine if it wasn't at all related to Naruto but this is a direct sequel. Not to mention they've been floundering through the story since it started, trying to find it's own identity and failing. They tried to do their own Akatsuki and failed, they made a clone of Jiraiya (which is kinda spitting in the face of his sacrifice) for some reason then seemingly killed him off without doing anything with his character. They're trying to do the Sauske thing but in reverse and to even get it started they had to create omnipotence which is the most broken thing in all of Naruto since it can rewrite existence apparently? The only thing not affected is Sauske's headband for some reason.
And after all that they come back after a 3 month hiatus of presumably planning the future of the series and we get what? Honestly what did we get? 70% was recap which we only got because someone decided that Boruto and Vortex be 2 separate manga and some artificial drama. None of this has been earned, there's been no character development and Boruto's entire motivation is external rather than choosing a goal for himself he's been forced into this.
