Clouds are one centimeter per second. And-.. Takaki: Clouds? How fast they move in the wind? Akari: Nope, how fast they fall. Takaki: Clouds fall? Akari: Yep, they seem light, but apparently they're falling.It's because they are collection of raindrops. As they slowly fall, the droplets grow bigger.The raindrops turn into snow and they fall.
