For now, you can enjoy your empty existence in my presence, the meaningless speck of stardust you undoubtedly are.

As for myself and my ratings, everything that matters is enjoyment, for enjoyment is the sole reason I watch anime, be it enjoyment from the show itself, or from finishing an incoherent pile of trash just to share my disgust with the world. All of the other areas by which a show can be judged serve only as devices to the enjoyment, which is the final product.
As far as enjoyment goes, I rate by the enjoyment at the end of the series. To rate in a way which takes in account both objective and subjective matters, a certain point in time needs to be present, alas, the end of the show or shortly after, when I sort my thoughts.
Note that "bad" shows can be enjoyable. The rating is controversial with those, and I chose to uphold the "enjoyment" system of rating.
Monthly dose of bullshit I usually spout:
Rewatched Shokugeki's 1st season recently. It's interesting in a way; I still had a good time like every time, but this time the flaws seemed more pronounced. The second half of the series describing Autumn Elections preliminaries... kinda sucked? There was no actual cooking shown, only a presentation of dishes. I remember criticizing mostly the 3rd season (where the animation also went a level down), but this wasn't exactly perfect. Wonder how good the manga is.
The interaction of tags and my own head is so annoying. On one hand, since tags exist, I do want to tag shows well - it makes filtering and recommendations much easier. On the other, there are a lot of shows I've seen before I started tagging. I just can't accurately tag something I've seen four years ago, can I. But then leaving shows untagged is extra annoying.
TL;DR - Wait, do I have OCD?
--Rating "5.5" is the average anime. I just tend to not finish the bad ones and therefore not rate them. Also yes, this is an excuse. No, there isn't a good way to pronounce my name.--
