Anime and Manga Tastes:

If you're wondering why I've been on MAL since 2008 and have watched so few anime there are two main reasons:

1. I was not on MAL and into anime again for years till recently.

2. I don't like wasting my time watching anything I don't like within 3 minutes or less of watching it for the first time. So I drop things like crazy and don't bother posting that I've seen it. I don't like watching long series for the most part.

I'm very particular about what kind of anime/manga I get into and watch. I tend to like anime and manga directed toward a more mature audience like seinen and josei. I like stories about people/relationships with emotional depth and quality animation/art. I used to be heavily into shoujo and still have some favorites in that genre. I also really like comedy and I usually just watch clips here and there of various animes that make me laugh.
