I regret not coming across your review before reading Heavenly delusion. It is indeed pretty f'ed up, especially when the author consciously decided to show the thing and then tried to bury it. Its something that I have grown to dislike in the whole industry in regards to normalizing ecchi/fanservice, stalking, wardrobe malfunctions, sister complex, peeping into hotsprings and what not. Such incidents can be just one step away from SA in real world. I'd say for many even facing a wardrobe malfunction could be traumatic but manga/anime would pass them off as humour.
