If you miss a second submit date than you will be discontinued for participation for Winter 2016, you can re-sign up for Spring 2016 though.

If you'd like to talk, then it'd be okay. I like to talk to people before considering adding them to my friends' list.
It's not to be conceited or anything. I just don't see the point of adding friends just for the sake of it.
