Based on your list right now, I would suggest Beelzebub and Ao no Exorcist. For something more serious, but still action based, check out Btooom! You're actually missing a lot of the 'classics', so you could always watch Bleach or Fullmetal Alchemist.

If you're willing to go into more romance/emotional series, then there are a few decent entries like Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. However, it might be smart to ask for more specific advice. They tend to be a lot slower than action anime, which might ruin the whole show for someone who doesn't like that..

Actually, if you were to pick something from my list that has a score of 8 or higher, you'll always get something marvelous. However, if I have to pick one anime to recommend (not based on your preferences), I would suggest to watch Katanagatari.

haha I'm impressed by your reply, so I'll accept your friend request. It is true that chatting someone up without any notice is slightly unorthodox, leaving little possibilities to talk to someone out of the blue.

In terms of shared tastes, I'm not fully convinced we like the same type of anime. The currently shared ones show some resemblence, but there are too few entries to really make any statements. Also, you seem to enjoy action-based series and not much else ;p

I don't believe that is how this is supposed to work. You become friends with people you enjoy, not enjoy the people that befriend you.
