Just an average Otaku/Sadist that likes to take long walks on the...blah blah blah. No, seriously, i do actually like walking xD
On a more serious note though feel free to leave a recommendation for manga or anime. You can also shoot a friend request my way at any time and i will accept when i can. O(≧▽≦)O
I am generally considered lenient on ratings. I rate them how i feel they should be rated through both my own personal enjoyment as well as how well the art/animation/sound work together to create a symphony for the eyes/ears. The genre plays a huge difference in how i rate things as i find certain elements more important depending on the genre. If i am watching a Drama or Romance i want to feel attached to the character and i expect character development. If i am watching an episodic comedy then those things don't matter as much if at all depending on the sub-genres. As for H/R+ rated anime i am generally more lenient on those as there aren't many well known works in those genres (ratings haha). I won't berate them to keep from showing them on my list either, so if you are looking through my anime list then be aware that there are H/Rx rated ones in there. I will leave the "Rating" up just so that others do not accidentally click on them.
I have been watching anime since i was about 8 years old. Sadly, i didn't start really getting into manga until i was about 16 because i simply didn't find anything that i could get into. After a while though i did find one and once i started reading it i couldn't stop. It just feels great to get really into a manga or anime that causes you to lose track of time, where you are or what's going on around you. That last bit sounds bad but i assure you that it is a great feeling.
Also, i have a strong refusal to drop anime or manga as i find it to not only be disrespectful to the artists but those that don't finish, i feel, do not have the full right to review or recommend it.
Other than that my taste in anime/manga is everywhere depending on my mood. If i really get into something though don't expect to hear from me for a while, if there is a lot to read/watch that is. O.O For manga if there isn't much, like 50-100 chapters, then i will likely burn through it in a 3-5hrs hours or overnight depending on how engrossed i am with the story/writing.

The first episode is totally shit......i have dropped that anime long time ago......
And please before writing any review try to relate it with your fav.
BUT i checked some of your top scored Anime, why did you ignore most of the Flaws with Elfenlied, Mirai Nikki, Your Name, Guilty Crown and many other.
The stupid writing issues you counted in your Summertime Review, are equaly here as well.
Episode 5 (where this reviewer left off) actually did put a really bad taste in my mouth. I feel like it gets better after that, even if action and suspense seem more the focus than any mystery as it progresses. Pretty average series, made more disappointing to me because of how intriguing the trailer was. I should have looked closer at the cover art, as that betrays quite a few of its influences.
Dunno why MAL gets so emotional over a neg review, though. :P
To quote Niello and YOU here, "The main character is made out to be intelligent on multiple occasions but has repeatedly shown he's about as smart as the average 90's horror movie extra and the same goes for the baddies. Whether they are intelligent or not is dependent on what the plot needs. If the plot needs the baddies to suddenly forget they are super strong then they will."
You say this and give summertime render a 3 while giving zankyou no terror a 10? 💀
Also your "strikes" are way too overcritical, expecting someone to just up and bite off their own tongue is asking a lot even with the knowledge that they'll loop.
