Well, you definitely crossed a line, and that was quite disgusting to be honest. Anime loli are more or less OK, but huge pictures of underage girls... What were you thinking? That was really gross. I would like to believe that you were joking (and this comment indicates me that you were), but that is not a subject to make jokes about on the Internet. It can simply get you to jail in many countries.

That's the reason I don't bother adding hentai manga/doujinshi I've read on MAL. It would be a very incomplete library that it's kinda pointless lol

Thx for those thoughts on Higurashi. I just finished the 1st anime, and I can't wait to start the sequel. The scale of things changed a shit ton with the Atonement chapter. It's got me really excited, and somewhat confused ngl xD

I generally do not watch seasonal anime unless I am bored to death, and I have just finished Higurashi last week, so I certainly do not want to spoil myself this excellent image with a cheap adaptation. Keeping the same voice actors may actually be confusing as you will associate the mediocrity of the current show with the greatness of the old one.

Of course, the colour and animation must be superior, otherwise, what would be the point? Shion is supposed to be sexy, and a chubby face is not to many people, including myself. As the Japanese say, she should have a nice "style" ("stutairu ga ii").

Otherwise, is the new plot any interesting? The Onikakushi-hen having the same title made me think that it was essentially the same thing. And now the Shion episodes reinforce this idea (I get Higurashi images in the Japanese news feed lol).
