And yeah, Anno 1404 is by far the most in-depth city builder. Let's say you want to be able to make Tools, which is a resource you'd need to construct almost every single building. You'll need a Toolmaker's workshop, but to make tools you need Iron, so you build an Iron smelter. But to make Iron, you need Iron ore & Coal. So you build and Iron ore miner & Coal furnace. But to get those you need Stone & Wood. So you build a Stone cutter & Wood cutter's hut. But in order get most of those you need to level up your level and to level up your city you need to fulfil their needs and so on and so forth...
A very in-depth game and I love it.
BTW... Do you play the Starcraf 2 custom game Star Battle? I just started playing it and it's so much fun.
