I'll send the link to you on facebook, don't know if it'll get deleted on here. After Story was amazing, so sad, and so many other emotions. I need to re-watch the movie.
GTO was great. Great enough that I immediately started reading the side story when I finished (GTO: Shonan 14 Days). Onizuka may be a new favorite character. We'll have to talk about it more when I go home again.
I think the reason I like it more than Miyazaki's other films is because it had a more "grown-up" story to it, and I found it easy to relate to the characters. I can't really put my finger on what exactly I liked, just that after watching it the first time, I decided I liked it more than any of his others. That said, I did like the others a lot (except Ponyo, I can see that it's not badly made, I just couldn't get into the story until near the very end), and I'd probably say Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle are my next favorites.
I hadn't seen that about the new PR movie, I'll have to check that out when it comes out, sounds like it'll be pretty good, and maybe give you that conclusion you were looking for.
I haven't looked at his film either, after I finished Miyazaki's films, I stopped looking into them too much, except when I'd find a rare old anime he worked as an animator for, or something like that. I'll check it out when I get a chance.
Sweet! Miyazaki's pretty awesome. Porco Rosso was probably my favorite of his movies, though I imagine that if I was younger that might not be the case. And I'll have to check out mangareader. Problem is the app I was using on my phone only supported OneManga and they haven't updated yet to another site :(
Awesome, I'll have to check it out. And yeah, Welcome to the NHK is pretty awesome. Heard recently that "hikikomori" even got added to the Oxford English Dictionary because so many English speaking people were using it.

I need to catch up on me reading though, lol. After OneManga stopped hosting things, I slacked off.
