I'm a college graduate theatre techie with an obsession for anime, video games, and manga. I'm on the older side of the fandom, but I don't foresee me losing interest anytime soon. I haven't seen an extreme variety of anime, but I'm steadily working on that. When I'm not living in the fictional world, I run lighting and sometimes sound for theatre events. Theatre is my other passion. I love being a tech for shows and concerts. Also, I'm really interested in Astronomy. It is one of my dreams to see a solar eclipse one day.
I have at least a little interest in pretty much every genre of anime and manga. I find something I enjoy about a lot of anime. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to anime. I like many. While it's hard for me to really pinpoint certain kinds that I like, I do tend to favor fantasy, drama, shojo, and action. But, like I said, I really like all genres. However, it takes a lot for me to consider an anime in my favorites. If you have a suggestion that you think I might like a lot based on what I have on my list, or a series I have planned to watch that you think I should give priority to, feel free to let me know. The same goes for manga. ^_^
When it comes to video games, I'm a bit more picky. I pretty much only play RPGs. My favorite series are Kingdom Hearts and Tales, my all time favorite being Tales of Symphonia. Of coarse, as an RPG fan, I do like and enjoy Final Fantasy and Zelda games a lot too. I also played Eternal Sonata, Arc the Lad, Professor Layton, etc. I do like some non-RPGs though. Naturally, Mario. My first game that I really enjoyed playing a lot was Spyro, though it can be said that I had a late start on a childhood of playing video games. I enjoy the action-adventure games too, I just don't play them nearly as much. I guess I just have too much of a fascinaton with good stories and characters.
