My name is Magnago. I like anime. That's all there is to it.

I was introduced to the anime/manga universe in early 2018 (5 years ago). There were shows I've watched when I was a kid, but didn't complete any or even remember the story because, well, I was a kid.

When trying to watch new anime series, I like to use the 3 episodes rule, but if it's really bad I will not hesitate dropping in the first episode. Same goes for the first chapters of a manga series. The thing I like the most in anime (besides the story) are soundtracks. I appreciate an original soundtrack. The emotion that can be transmited may be worth the while.

About the way I score things, I have a spreadsheet where I organize and score them in decimal numbers. I find that just scoring an integer number from 1 to 10 to more than 100 entries is not as specific as I wish to be. So I calculate the average score I give to a certain series and the integer part of that number is the score I select here on MAL. So here is my top 5 (anime) with the scores used on the spreadsheet (and on Anilist):

1 - Hunter x Hunter (2011) - 10/10

2 - Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - 9.9/10

3 - Steins;Gate - 9.8/10

4 - Cowboy Bebop - 9.7/10

5 - Hellsing Ultimate - 9.7/10

P.S.: The tiebreaker between 4 and 5 was literally picking the one I liked the most LOL
