Both involve characters who spend their time fighting bad guys by using blade-like weapons. Both also include very absurd and raunchy humor, and really fun and great animation.

Milk Chan was the original Super Milk Chan. Both use humor through parodies, and the main characters have similar attributes. Both Popuko and Milk being energetic and easily angered, while Pipimi and and Tetsuko being calm and sympathetic. Super Milk Chan has more of a plot, however.

Monster Battling RPG like anime. However, the characters and plots of every episode are relatable and this show is a lot closer to Japan. Also, the show is actually really funny.
