- Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu : A show really stupid, but that does his genre very well. It balance perfectly the comedy, the romance, the battles and the fan service in a totally crazy way. But it has a very distinct style, I'd say that if you don't like the first three episodes, you probably won't like the rest.
- Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood : I saw that you already watched the first iteration of the show, but if you liked the first one, you will absolutely love the Brotherhood version. More fleshed out and more coherent, it is the ultimate shounen peaking its perfection. A must watch.
- Gintama : It's scary. Around 260 episodes and currently ongoing. But, that serie is easily one of my very favorite shounen action comedy sci-fi mecha parod... You get it, that show has literally everything and his a huge ball of sillyness. But it does it so well, it ends up being the best comedy I ever watched and certainly the most greatly paced.
- Samurai Champloo : One of treasured anime, it really goes into the adventure type shounen, as well as comedy. On an adventure with a single goal, they won't achieve it easily. Most of all, it have some incredible fighting scenes and a very great pacing.
- Shinmai Maou no Testament : This show... is very generic. But, if you wait for the BD release, it will surely have some epic fan service scene, because they were all over the TV release, though heavily censored. So, it isn't a great show, but it have some great fan service.
- Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann : An over-the-top shounen mecha anime. Don't get scared by the word ''mecha'' if you don't like the genre. Myself, I am not really a fan of that genre, but in TTGL, the mecha is often so ridiculous that you don't even care at some point. The fan service is also really great, with the help of the perfect Yoko.
- Witch Craft Works : An underated anime in my opinion. It sure is often really weird and absurd, but it have an interesting pacing if you stick with the show. It have some very funny and exciting action scene, having a good progression in term of intensity.
- Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta : That show is a mixed bag for me, because of it's bad pacing, but it have some really spectacular action scene and his very ''shounen'' genre.
