Hi, thanks for the recommendations in the secret santa event! Unfortunately I was not able to watch any of them yet as I am pretty preoccupied with irl stuffs but still I'm very interested in your recommendations. I've had Tokyo Godfathers and Tatami Galaxy on my radar for a while but just never got around it so I'm definitely gonna tackle them soon but I think I'll watch Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei first as it looks really interesting and I have never heard of it before.

Haha! Same here! Even though I don't tend to re-watch shows in their entirety, I love rewatching clips on YouTube. Rewatching clips of my favorite shows on YouTube feels like revisiting my memory of the time when I first watched the show and also the memory of the show in general. It's like, if my first watch of the show was my first-hand experience of having lived it, watching clips is like reminecence and reflection on certain memories of the past. Rewatching an entire show feels like reliving a past experience/memory with a new perspective to me so I usually wait a long while after having seen a show to even consider a re-watch to ensure that it hits differently.

It's quite commendable that you are able to re-read entire books! You must have an amazing attention span : P : )

That's cute! Personally, I've never been one to do rewatches since there's always something new to watch.. the only animes I've rewatched in my life are Death Note and Steins; Gate, although I wouldn't mind re-watching a show I really like with someone who's watching it for the first time if it has been a long time since I first saw it myself! I've only seen Naruto once and I feel that if I rewatched it, I'd probably like it less now than I originally did when I saw it when I was much younger so the plot holes and other objectively negative qualities about the anime will be more apparent now so I'd rather just keep it safe in my memories : )

Haha, same here! Hopefully we'll get around to watching them eventually :P

I know, right? Time passes by so quickly.. I doubt I'll be able to finish most of the shows on my watchlist in this lifetime :P

😭 I completely forgot about watching Arcane. I only watched a couple of movies during my vacay as I was mostly sick and I'll be going back to my college tomorrow..
