Your argument about video games doesn't convince me either. I really don't see how the logic in video games applies to lolicon other than "fiction from reality", as I already gave my own thorough reasoning as to why they can't be compared. I'll explain it differently. What makes killing in a video game and killing in real life differ? Simple. In a video game, nobody actually dies. And thus, it has no effect on the psyche. This logic doesn't apply to lolicon because you don't have to rape or molest a child to be a pedophile, as it is a sexual response. Nobody gets harmed whether you fap to a loli or a real child, which is what makes these two occasions one in the same (well...almost, since anime characters are in fact different in a way, but still strikingly similar). So once again, I don't find the "fiction from reality" statement a valid argument.
Second, anime characters are made attractive specifically to cater to perticular sexual interests. Some people prefer anime characters to real people. Why? Because they're made to be perfect. Perfect body, perfect personality, you name it. So it's not because of some separate sexuality or anything like that. It's because what they see is something of their own sexual interest, that they are unable to find in a real person. There's a reason that anime such as Highschool DxD are considered as "self-insert wish-fullfillment" shows. A guy masturbating to hardcore yaoi doesn't necessarily mean he's into real life males, but it most certainly means he has gay tendencies. I'm sure sexuality has some sort of complexity to it, but I highly doubt that sexuality is so complex to the point where it completely draws a line between fiction and reality.
Oh, and I decided to check out some of Qwaser. What I do see as sexually alluring when Ekaterina is involved are the lesbian scenes. Could it be that you are only aroused by the matured girl being teased and molested by Ekaterina, rather than Ekaterina herself?
And it seems you missed my point on why video games can't be compared to lolicon. Killing a virtual person is thrilling, whereas killing a real person is sociopathy. Attraction to an anime character and attraction to a real person both have to do with sexual interests. They are far more related to each other than the cases of killing virtual people or real people. And the reason killing a real person brings a repercussion is because...well...you're taking away an actual person's life. I honestly don't see how that kind of logic would apply to the topic of lolicon, seeing as how the law itself bears no relation to sexuality. So yeah, I hope I phrased that better than before.
So I have a couple questions to ask: 1. If a real child had the exact same personality as Ekaterina, would you go for that? 2. What kind of things does Ekaterina do that arouse you? 3. Do you prefer a character like Ekaterina to more mature anime girls?
And about the comparison you made on gamers being sociopaths, killing people in a game and killing people in real life are, in fact, very different. People in general have violent urges. That's why games like Mortal Kombat have so much gore in them. It induces a more thrilling experience. Unlike killing a real person, killing a virtual person has no effect on the psyche. That's the reason gamers like violence in games. Killing people in a game is thrilling, whereas liking to kill people in real life is sociopathy. The two scenarios are different for that reason.
On the other hand, attraction to anime characters is a sexual urge. And the exact same thing applies to real life. Both these scenarios are sex-related. That's why comparing lolicon to video games isn't really a fair comparison. It needs to be compared to something having to do with sexual attraction. For example, if a dude masturbated to some hardcore yaoi hentai or whatever, and claimed he wasn't gay, would you believe him?
I hope everything gets even better for you. Cheers.
*Faints* just slept through with the lights on.
Then i woke up with my eyes hurting like a flashbang xD
