Hi, pls dont listen to these braindead retards below me, especially the argument on "Hes an assassin in his previous life so its totally ok for him to be OP" . Your review, while not the most well-written, pretty much captured most of the things wrong about that show.
i feel bad seeing how many come here just to argue over his one review on "best assassin reincarnated as aristrocrat", its just his opinion on what he feels about the anime, and seeing how he didnt get what he expected, he just wrote the review to make sure others like him dont end up wasting time hoping for the same plot as him, so yeah, no one is wrong here
Of course you would call the MC a "Mary Sue" cause you don't even pay attention to the show at all. He was an Assasin for many years in his previous life so calling him a Mary Sue is objectively stupid. The fact that you also took a shot about him getting a shot is another proof of you not paying attention. He got them because they can be of use to him in his quest to kill the hero of the world. Looking at your profile, you dropped a lot of series with more than 12 or 13 episodes cause you can't pay attention at all. I am eager to see you call Naoki Urusawa "Overrated" cause his works require readers to be attentive at all times.
As the other two below have pointed out him being very well informed makes perfect sense as he's an assassin veteran who was required to learn about these things. Lastly him being op also makes perfect sense in his time period he was regarded as the greatest assassin in the world anyone who's best in the world in their field are going to be op, for example if Messi was isekai'd and reborn again with his past memories intact then he'd still end up being ridiculously good at Soccer even in a child's body.
bro even ik the values he know the value of the metals which are common like gold sliver or any metal which was important in his old job bruh did u not learn about elements in school ?
uhh about your finest assassin review isn't it logical he found out in his studies of his old world? Those are really basic things you know and for a science student in my high school final year most of those were memorized by the student. So idk why a 60+ year old man with professional training (we can assume he was give normal school and univ classes too) won't know it? I can understand a 12yo not knowing it but those are really common values.
