But y'know Mougou's "Fohoh" makes the Kingdom anime worth it xD.. Pretty sad he dies :( ..
Well now that I think about it I am not really someone who can comment on how good is the manga and the anime since I started the manga on chapter 200 or something .. But one thing I am sure of is that season 2 has major Improvements in the art style and overall good parts if thats what bothering you ... And I wont defend the season 1 of the anime because the budget itself was very low and its ranked so high because of the greatness of the content..
One good thing about watching anime first is that you remember the VA of the characters so that when you read the manga you can read the dialogue in their respective voices preventing overlapping and creating Originality ... Shins character is that of a whiny kid so perhaps that suits him the best..
Right now the Manga is at 48ish Volume I think .. Its gonna take another 10 years dammit ...
You should go see the MAL reviews .. Majority of them are positive..
I finished the Kingdom anime and Personally loved it .. You should know where I am coming from since you already have an Anime>Manga Policy and the Anime is Ranked Very High on MAL .. Besides they stopped using 3D CG from the 2nd season .. Well If you look at the Manga It has a CGish Art to it So I wont say it was a mistake that the Anime used CG...
I have also heard a Rumour that the Manga is gonna End on the 100th Volume .. Know anything about that?
1. I dedicate myself to one thing completely when I like it and do not start anything until I have finished it (Exception was with One Piece , It was way too long , I had to take a break every 200 eps)
2. I am on my summer holidays so I have got a lot of time in my hands... On average I read around 50 chapters a day... For me its normal and you shouldn't even be surprised because of your Anime watching time .. (You are even around my age) I have been watching anime for around 10 years and I am still here lol..
