I am a big fan of Romance and/or slice of life. I cannot stand anime that has no emotional aspect or there is cruelty without a strong sense of justice. (Pointing at you, shounen anime and manga!) There are a few [Big emphasis on "Few"] sci-fi anime, but usually they involve a romance or happiness side to it. (scroll down for fave anime) I like a few ecchi comedies too. teehee!
I like bishounen because I wish I could be, no alterior motives behind it. Needed to put that out there. ;)
I have a very strict policy about the artistic side of anime.
Dbz was the worst ever, and angel beats was one of the best.
Why? Because the shading aspect. Watch angel beats and tell me that their shading isn't impeccable. The HEAD shading was even perfect. Argue this point, and I'd think you were either overcritical, stupid, or eligiable for an award in the fine arts. Oscar?
I am not a die-hard anime fan, but I would be very upset if you said I could never watch anime again, and gave me SOAP operas instead. THAT IS TORTURE.
But, I am a wise-cracking, hardly judgemental, and talkative personality.

-Clannad
-Birdy the Mighty: Decode (Because of the romance and suspense involved)
-Umisho
-Strawberry Panic! (Not the same as Ichigo 100%, or Strawberry 100%)
-I think all of " Miyazakis many master movies". (Say that 5 times fast XD)
