So I originally got into anime when I first saw Dragonball Z and Pokemon, several years ago. I was intrigued by the animation style and came to prefer it over American cartoons (except the good ol classics, Loony Tunes, Tom & Jerry, and a few others). I grew up with Toonami, back when it showed some pretty cool animes (mostly dubbed versions). It wasn't until I watched Fruits Basket off a recommendation from a friend that I became interested in more anime. At that point, I had discovered the wonders of the internet and veoh.com. So I quickly began to watch shows and discover more and more, and before I knew it, I had seen quite a few series and found myself loving the romantic-comedy genre.
I'm 22, studying mathematics at my university. I also love video games, mainly World of Warcraft and then a few others, but find myself watching anime mostly in my spare time.
