Warmest wishes
for a happy holiday season
and a wonderful new year everyone!!

With all due respect, I must apologize for not being able to reply in the last few months, I've been mostly busy with school and as of now I am currently on holidays, and so I have not been able to find the time to go on MAL.
All and all, I've missed talking to all of you guys and I hope to hear from you real soon! ^^

From Snowing (Yuki)

Yuki is my name. Thus a derivation of my this can be seen in my username. Snow+ing.
It's not just based on the weather type though, I have my own perception of snow. Yes, I have immeasurable fondness over Winter, I too much prefer Winter over Summer. The other reason why I like snow is because I believe it reflects all the colours of a person's emotions, if you perspectively see emotions as colours that is. The combination of all these colour on a visible light spectrum in equal measure is to a frosty white. The colour of snow, the beauty of humanity.

Okami sounds like a remarkable game. From your descriptions of the game, I would most certainly take the prospects of this game into account. In fact I did a little bit of research on the game, since you mentioned that the theme is based on traditional Japan. I thought this sounds rather interesting...and from the looks of it, this game has a nice ideology of Japanese myths, legends and folklore to tell the story of how the land was saved from darkness by the Shinto sun goddess, Amaterasu. To play purely as a wolf, sounds nice too. I love how wolves run.

The platform that this game runs on is PS3! Yes. Next time I visit the gaming retailers I will look forward to buying this game. I myself, is an eagerly anticipating gamer, if anything new is recommended from friends I would love to try it out. Thanks for that.

Have you heard of Journey? This game is amazing, it explores so much of the world through the simplicities of the world. Control is intentionally simple and unobtrusive. Just walking jumping and singing. It certainly is artistic and is also incredibly fun, absorbing and unique. The score is beautiful and the graphics are simply breathtaking.
Not knowing who you're playing with and being unable to communicate with them is something I've never experienced before and every "person" I've played with seems to be taking the game seriously too and there's no messing about.

You should reconsider Wolf's Rain, Although its an overall enjoyable anime, there are still plot-holes within Wolf's Rain. Mainly the ending: It's open-ended and leaves more to be desired. But as a more thought-provoking series, the ending does its job... Kind of. But besides a few odd turns, Wolf's Rain is good at creating plot twists.
Overall, Wolf's Rain is an enjoyable series if you love wolves, action, the supernatural, and beautiful music. For some it's either they like or they just don't. For me I quite liked it, mainly because of the main character's strong will and heart. Truly Inspiring.

Thank you, I don't mind sharing my small insight on such topics, after all understanding people like you makes me truly happy, that I am able to recommend my thoughts and opinions. ^ ^

I am truly sorry for the lateness of my reply.
Hydrogen? That's a really nice username. I have a favouritism for real worded usernames.
To bad mine is not a noun like yours, if only I was able to rid of the "ing" behind my last name. Well it seems I have compel with a verb instead.

The profile picture that you are using now is beautiful, I love how elegant and prideful the wolf is. It reminds me of Wolf's Rain, one of my favourite animes of all time.

I highly recommend watching Full metal alchemist: Brotherhood, in any case if you haven't seen it, and only say Full metal alchemist.
It is derived from the manga, and the aspects to it is more wholly unique in terms of the philosophical storyline.

I didn't find any negative aspects of Key's works. Although I have to say they do have a harem feeling to it, (since its based off a VN, but I promise you it has nothing to do with harem)
like I said a fine line between heartfelt and melodramatic, is a beautiful product. You'll most likely cry while watching these types of animes.
I'm sure by the time you read this comment you have most likely seen Clannad and Steins;Gate. :}

I agree upon your self reminders.
Make sure you watch Clannad and Steins;Gate, they are by far two of the most outstanding series.

There's nothing better than after a hard, stressful day to sit back and lose myself in a beautiful SOL. Clannad opened my eyes to that genre.
I think Clannad (and most of Key's work) are a fine line between heartfelt and melodramatic. You'll enjoy it.

As for Steins;Gate, very psychological in terms of time machines, paradoxes, infinite regression etc...

Nice to meet you, I'm Yuki.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
