I used to have a fairly long description here.
It's gone now.
There might come a time when I refurnish and polish a new one up, if I can make myself care long enough. Until then, just a few key pointers.
- I'm pretty laid back. I prefer the company of laid back people as well, who are able to take a joke and not make a fuss over stuff just for the sake of making a fuss over it. Think SJW's and the like. I'm completely unable to stand those kinds of people.
- I can watch pretty much anything. The main exception is yaoi, but I have a few titles under my belt involving that genre as well. My main preferences are horror, action and tragedy, but I have nothing against watching a fanservice series every now and then just for the tits 'n' jiggles.
- My manga list is super-out of date. I only add series to that list when I've completed them; the "currently reading" list means nothing anymore. I keep the anime list steadily updated however, so far at least.
- My "general" score is 7 (Good). I wouldn't be so involved in anime otherwise, if I didn't think it was generally good. 6 is fair, 5 is eh, and 4 and below would likely not be recommended unless someone's heavily into a specific genre.
- I trust people (almost slightly too much), mainly because I like to try to keep faith in life and the people in it. Betray this trust of mine and you'll regret it, though, make sure of that. Two of the things I hate the most is when people betray me, and when people ignore me.
- I strongly dislike weeaboo fan translations, or just sloppy work in general. "I'm doing it for free" is NOT a valid excuse. If you don't care to put your heart into reflecting your favorite artist's manga/anime work as it was originally intended, there's no reason for you to even be fansubbing/scanlating in the first place. You're doing nobody a favor.
