It's funny, when I look back at that line I'm also not fully sure what aspects I was referring to. Thinking about it now, I probably meant the edge present in all 3 series. For example, they all have female characters portrayed as psychopathic with exaggerated facial expressions numerous times that seemed to be a core attraction of each anime despite how surface-level that may be. Idk, I think they also appeal to a similar demographic but without delving into that idea further, it's still a weak comparison from my perspective now and that review isn't one I look back at fondly. I hope you could understand where I was coming from in the review but I wouldn't blame you if you thought it was dooky. What did you like about the show?
