How I Rate is pretty simple. I used to rate by Anime/Manga standards but now I just rate by my enjoyment and rewatch/reread ability factor in

10 = Genuinely loved every part of it and would be my top Rewatch/read list

9 = Great, Loved it. Not enough to be a 10 but Rewatch and read is high

8 = Good. Enjoyed most of it and would be on a list to rewatch or read if I'm looking for it

7 = Better than fine so decent/good Would I rewatch/read? Probably not

6 = Fine. Like it's not bad but wasn't good and probably wouldn't rewatch or reread

5 = Bad and anything below this is just how I felt about it once I finish watching or reading it. (Looking at you Akame ga kill)
