Female Characters:
Celty Sturluson, also known as The Black Rider or The Headless Rider, is a fairy called a Dullahan from Ireland who came to Japan looking for her stolen head. Her motorcycle is a familiar called a Cóiste Bodhar in disguise, which she has named Shooter and whose favored alternate guise is a headless horse.
Machi Kyouko is a shy dullahan whose head is always detached from her body. Since she can't move her head by herself, she is always longing for contact with others. She develops a crush on Tetsuo, due to his kind and caring nature. She initially found it hard to make friends as people found it awkward to talk to her without bringing up her detached head in some way, despite her own acceptance of the concept and desire to joke about it. Incidentally, she does possess a neck, which allegedly exists in another space and serves as a wormhole between her head and body.
Morgiana is a Fanalis. She was formerly a slave of Jamil, along with Goltas, when she met Aladdin and Alibaba Saluja. Morgiana is a member of Alibaba's household. Later in the series, she resides in Koyomi Araragi's shadow during the day. She now takes the form of an eight-year-old girl with another new name after losing most of her powers. She refers to herself using "washi" (ワシ), which is often used in fictional settings to represent characters of old age.

Some deaths about the anime Blood C
The most powerful abilities of animes: 1ª - The first one, is protagonism no Jutsu: This ability allow the protagonists to keep themselves aways on stand, in anyways. But, it has a negative point, almost always the users lose your parents.
2ª - It's the "Speech up to the Enemy": This ability consists in persuading your enemy through (with) words, is almost always useful, however, it is much more useful against proud enemies and Not-exactly-evil enemies. It's usually used with the protagonism no Jutsu.
3ª - This is the "Strange things' scrip": This is one of the savior abilities, this ability has no explanation. Its ability is created circumstances that helped the user. For example, a user is on the death's edge and a no-explicable event occurs, and it just saves the user, is a storyteller's (mangaka) help...

This one is the best because I was totally touched, I've cried and smiled in virtually every episode. The atmosphere and the relationship of the characters to each other are two of its strongest points. All is so beautiful, the way the author drew it, is exciting. And the plot so, it's the best I've seen.
