I write like so because of my background as a liberal arts student, majoring in literature and with a minor in philosophy. This forms the foundation of my writing and perspective.
However, I believe that what gives it character is my commitment to my ideas and the conviction to follow through as clearly as possible.
Just as important is to have as much fun as I did throughout the whole thing.
I talk to people about anime with the same energy and I try to bring this energy and enthusiasm to my writing - as if I was in a conversation with someone.
That's my general method I think. I hope it helps.
(Lastly, practice. Just keep writing as much as you can)
One Piece and Vagabond may be difficult as I only focus on series that are complete (aside from Saint Young Men - more people need to read that manga).
That said, I like One Piece because it's an adventure in the truest sense of the word, and Vagabond has managed to capture my interest.
