Yes, there really is too much to watch and not enough time! Argghh! 8>_<8 Chihayafuru focuses mostly on the card game, which makes the romance just a side story but it's still good~

Yes, I can understand!!! I find myself always rooting for the childhood friend or the one who understands him/her the most. This stupid unrequited love always makes me so sad!

Actually, Chihayafuru is a really good example! I don't think you've watched it yet so I don't want to spoil it but that kind of situation happens a lot in that anime and it just makes me so angry/sad. Not to mention it's my favorite couple </3

I love those genres too! The carefree and relaxing feeling that I get whenever I watch a slice of life anime is irreplaceable.

I never finished watching 5 cm per second but maybe I'll give it another go sometime soon~ It was really sweet, that one episode I watched. <3
