Heyo, i'm a 26 year old guy who hails from England. I'm a fairly casual anime watcher, but my interests branch out into Gaming, History and all around the Modern Pop Culture world. I love to discuss geeky things with people, and i'm hoping this site allows me to do just that and meet some interesting people who I can relate to.
My ratings are not 100% accurate, i'm tempted to remove all my ratings all-together however my one issue with this is it's more difficult to see which shows i've enjoyed and which I have not. I also have semi-adopted an anime watching policy of it being "stress-free" - this means that I only watch shows which I know I have an interest in or enjoy, in order to avoid the stress of keeping up to date with so many new series of a show being released. This also means I don't watch seasonals, and i'd rather wait until a show has finished airing to watch through it (with few exceptions). I also do not rate films/OVAs/Specials, I only rate series. Some of my favourite things: Games: Final Fantasy XII, Portal franchise. Pokémon: Turtwig, Torterra, Aurorus and Mamoswine. Western TV show: The IT Crowd, Vikings. Western Cartoon: Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Legend of Korra. Still under construction. Will add character links when i'm not feeling lazy. Dropped anime (removed from my list, as I just didn't like them there). Digimon Tamers: 3/51 (might return to this someday and enjoy it more) Mob Psycho 100: 2/12 Sword Art Online: 14/25 Tokyo Ghoul: 3/12 Since you read it this far, it appears you've taken some kind of interest in me so feel free to add me to send me a message, speaking to someone new always brightens my day. I know what you mean about taking a breaksometimes though, I to go through gaming phases and then anime phases, and when I'm focussed on one I tend to neglect the other a lot.
There have been a few good eps so far, the space race one was also pretty enjoyable. I'll try and keep an open mind to it then...and expect great things :)
Hopefully see you around more once you finish your break, always nice to have more people to chat to!
The zombie episode of Dandy was great, my favourite so far. Not enthralled with the series but I can see why you like it all the same.
Never realised that we had this high an affinity before, think I'll check out a few of your favourites. Hadn't even heard of Zipang until now, looks interesting :)
Currently I am watching NGE which has been on my list for ages.
