I'm not really sure about permadeath since I play on the easiest mode, lol. But yeah. In the game, you play as a mercenary turned professor. Your students are your team when you battle.

Well, I guess you can. But I think by the time you level up certain stats to get a bunch of them, you'd be in the second half of the game. And you can't recruit anyone by that time.

Okay, so I started a new Blue Lions playthrough cuz I felt that my team was severely underleveled. I also managed to steal away a few other students from the Golden Deer house this time around. cx You can do that if you have the right stats.

Yeah, they are. The new one is actually my first Fire Emblem game if you could believe that. cx If you could get the game, which one of the houses would you choose? I chose the Blue Lions on my first playthrough. (And I'm stuck on an impossible-to-win battle on that currently. >.<)

Really? I haven't really seen anything that says people aren't enjoying it. I honestly love it! ^_^ Although the original one's good too, this one has more heartfelt and emotional scenes in it! The art and animation is really improved too! It's really beautiful!

Haha, yeah. cx I've actually finished a lot of anime this year. That Time I Got Reincarnated into a Slime is a good one, and so is Dororo and Rising of the Shield Hero! I'm currently watching the new Fruits Basket though! It's so good!
