10 - Masterpiece - I feel that the word "Masterpiece" isn't enough to describe them simply because what I felt while I was watching them was beyond human description, they affected me in such way that not only they became my all time favorites, I feel that they're part of me and that kind of feeling is what a true masterpiece should deliver to it's viewer.
Example:
Clannad: After Story
9 - Magnificent - Unique, amazing and remarkable anime that managed to make a significant impact on me and provided a breathtaking experience, what seperates a majority of them from a 10 is the fact that they didn't stick with me as much as the 10's did or despite being excellent by themselves they just were not at a 10/10 level.
Example:
Neon Genesis Evangelion
8 - Great - An incredible anime that provided me a great and fun time while watching and managed to impress me with it's outstanding quality, there are minor flaws on them that can sometimes be related to some small inconsistencies than can be noticable here and there but they are easy to overlook and therefore they don't affect the experience.
Example:
Blue Lock
7 - Good - A good and enjoyable anime that managed to make me stay hooked and interested throughout the whole time but it didn't deliver as much or failed to be as memorable as the scores above, there are more flaws and they're more noticable aswell but despite that there are still much more pros than cons and because of that the experience is still good.
Example:
The Eminence in Shadow
6 - Alright - My reaction after finishing these titles is exactly like this: "Hmmm, kinda good, not bad at all, next one", in other words, they had some very high moments and also some moments that I felt bored aswell but at the end of the day they are enjoyable but nothing special, I don't consider them to be good but something above average.
Example:
Akame ga Kill
5 - Mediocre - These aren't bad at all but they also aren't good, some of them I consider to be wasted potentials because they had a promissing premisse and they just failed to execute it in a good way and made it easily forgettable, there were also times when I felt really bored while watching some parts but there was also parts that were interesting to watch, it's basically what I would call a "Meh" anime.
Example:
Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai
4 - Bad - These are anime that either started off good and ended up being a mess or that were consistently bad the entire time, they are highly flawed and unisteresting most of the time which can be due to boring characters or a bad execution of the plot, however they can still appeal a little bit to me but overall I just didn't enjoy them at all.
Example:
Black Bullet
3 - Atrocious - Very bad anime that I consider to be pretty much a waste of time, contrary to the 4's that actually provide some appeal, these don't provide anything at all, there were probably 1 or 2 things that I liked but the rest was just painfull to watch and I probably watched these at 2x speed or just dropped them.
Example:
Afro Samurai
2 - Awful - They are something that I would highly recommend for people to stay away from just because they're extremelly bad and horrendous, it is something that when I finished I asked why did I bother myself to watch that even though I dropped almost everything I gave a 2.
Example:
Killing Bites
1 - Unwatchable - There isn't much to say about them, they are made to be clowned on, they take the definition of the word "Bad" to a whole new level and I ask myself why do they exist or how it was possible for something to fail this bad.
That's good, I'm alright thanks :)
Oh yeah nice! Those styles are very cool, I like listening to them from time to time. Dubstep is my favourite, along with UK Garage and Reggae
Hi, thanks for accepting :) How are you doing?
Cool to see that we have 55% affinity aha, though of course we have different tastes in some areas.
I like how you've done your rating system btw, and the way you define 6. I recently watched Kaguya-sama and to me I think you pretty much described it perfectly; it had some really high moments, and was enjoyable but nothing too special.
