We're older anime fans from Washington State, USA Together we're watching Sunday Without God. I just finished viewing Season 3 of Natsume's Book of Friends

I am reading xxxHolic v.18, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle v.6, I dropped Wish v.2 because I wasn't liking it. Gate 7 v.3 is on hold. Tokyo Babylon is finished. As you can probably tell I'm on a CLAMP kick, trying to read as many of their old series as possible before they are taken out of circulation at the library. Some of the volumes of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle are missing so I am starting to collect it.

I am not currently watching any Pop/Drama at this time.

Hello again miss! I had no idea that you came back.

As for anime, I don't watch any that new.

Most anime as of late are battle shounen, isekai and romantic comedy. None of which interest me.

Solty Rei is also one of the few anime where dubs surpass subs (the Japanese voices were meh in this series and Colleen as Rose is one reason I completed this series).

Sorry for the late reply and yes, it's a sci-fi anime, but with drama. So yeah! some good characters may die in this series.

As for cable TV, I don't the same service that I had back then and I still have my 2001 Sanyo TV, which for some reason it never failed on me (though the volume buttons under the screen are kinda wonky, but that's why remote controls are better).

I almost forgot about Colleen's next birthday and she's about to have her next one this April. Speaking of April, you're about to have a birthday in that month too.

Oh wow, no.. I thought I hadn't heard of it and then I had a thought.. that's a science fiction one right? I haven't watched it but I think I saw a trailer for it way back in the day.. but I haven't heard of it in half of forever

Oh yeah! have you heard of Solty Rei? I watched the dub and I heard Colleen's voice there too. Solty Rei is such an underrated anime from last decade and when I was a teenager, I used to watch it back when I had Comcast's cable service.

Hot, sunny days can be a PITA, unless there's a place to swim. I just watched Yumeria and it was okay, but not a masterpiece. Although, there was this mature female character that reminds me of Belldandy in personality, which is a good thing.

Have you ever heard of Ah! My Goddess!? the TV series from 2005 wasn't that great, but I think the movie is better.
