Update (Feb 2020): Logging in for the first time since July 2019. (I think). You'd think I'd have watched a good number of anime in that time, but you'd be incorrect. Watching anime? Preposterous. Who has the energy to consume media these days?
Doesn't mean I've forgotten about it, though. OR that I haven't been reading manga. I suppose I'll have to update my lists for the first time in at least half a year... Jury's out on how often I'll be updating in the future, but we'll see.

I try to rate mostly in accordance with the MAL rating system--that is, I hope to make full use of the 1-10 scale. I think being aware of an anime and its flaws is something to strive for, even if it's an anime I adore (like Baccano!). Conversely, I think it's important to acknowledge the impact and good points of anime I find huge faults in, especially if the anime was meaningful to many people (like Your Lie in April).
I give anime 5s when I think they're completely mediocre (bland, average, etc). They aren't necessarily bad, but I typically don't find them good. They offer nothing new but in many cases still appeal to plenty of people.
If you'd like to chat about anything at all, feel free to message me! I'll try and get back to you as soon as I'm able.
P.S. to fellow Baccano! fans--you should read the LNs. Do you know how much good stuff you're missing out on? Amazing stuff that may never be animated? It's tragic. I've written up an intro guide to the differences between the anime and the source material it adapts on /r/Baccano
here.
Note: I am the admin of the
Baccano! wiki. Please contact me if you have concerns about the wiki in any way, and please do consider contributing to the wiki since it has a long way to go. You should also visit
/r/Baccano, if it pleases you to do so.
I have also founded the
Vamp! wiki and the
Etsusa Bridge wiki. Both wikis are still fledglings, so any and all useful edits to them are appreciated and wanted. The same goes for the
Dead Mount Death Play wiki, which--you guessed it--I also ended up founding.

Here's some question regarding some events on Baccano! LN:
Thanks in advance.
I have so many questions I want to ask right now, since you're the admin of Baccano, Vamp and Etsusa Bridge Wikis. But I will save these for later. I doubt you have much time to answer these.
It seems you haven't read the latest Narita Ryohgo LN, Fate/Strange Fake. I also noticed that you haven't watched anything from Fate/ Franchise.
Well, I highly recommend you to read Fate/Strange Fake, even if you haven't consumed any Fate/ Works.
The translation is quite up-to-date and only one chapter is left to be translated. (Which will probably be finished in 2 weeks)
You can read it here, if you're interested :

Ahh, I see. Having help it always nice for things like that. My list was made by another user in a club quite awhile ago, I don't think I could make something this nice myself. I'm not very good with CSS hahaha.
That sounds nice, maybe you'll come up with another layout for it in the process.
It does indeed. I stick to MAL's rating system. I understand why you're confused -- there's a lot of 5s lol. And low ratings in general. But that's because I currently rate by enjoyment. I did used to have my own rating scale, 6-7 was average, but it was a headache so I just stuck with MAL's.
Well, it's because of the second half. They started to drag it out quite a bit after like 14 episodes, and there's a couple of plot holes that I still wonder about. All of this considered, I thought about how (from what I noticed) it got worse the closer I got to finishing, and I thought 3 was fitting. I appreciated the plot twist(s), they were nice, but after all of those things, it was quite a disappointment.
