For anyone who checking this list please consider I rank anime in the following way:
10 - Total Master Piece - It has to the be greatest regardless of genre (although I will try to only submit on peer genre), creation date (for things like animation and sound quality), and it has totally capture and hold your attention till the end regardless of hype and/or regency (I am talking about AOT.)
9 - Great - Similar parameters. The anime has to be awe provoking from its story to its ambiance and music. More niche animes or master pieces that did not make it to the best of their genre will be here, although certain biases will elevate the score of some types of anime. (You won't find sports, ecchi, and little to no comedies.)
8 - Very Good - This tier opens the doors to isekais, ecchi, slices of life, and much more. In general this will host any anime I would recommend to watch, some masterpieces might be here if I consider they lost my attention (examples: AOT and Psycho-pass), on the other hand some lesser animes might be here purely because I enjoyed my time and would totally re-watch them. (Examples: Demi-chan wa Kataritai and Isekai Quartet)
7 - Good - I put in this tier anime that despite me enjoying them a lot there were some ups and downs (sloppy animation, bad CGI or under- developed characters are some good examples of this) in the experience. However I firmly believe that there are some solid animes in here. (Examples: Overlord III - Devil Goats CGI, Nanatsu no taizai S3 - Bad animation, and Akame ga Kill - Ending)
6 - Fine - If an anime is here that means that there was mayor negatively impacting the anime that I just could not overlook, or I think the anime as a whole is mediocre. Still some enjoyment may come out of some of the anime's here, but probably I wouldn't re-watch them.
5 and Below - If any drops below hear, it means I did not liked it or out straight dropped it.
1 - This is a stay away from it, particularly anything too bizarre, grotesque and unappealing that its just better not to engage with it. This small substrata of animes will not include things like Hiroshi Harada's Midori: (Chika Gentō Gekiga) Shoujo Tsubaki or Devilman, since its not gore or éxplicit scenes I am against but the lack of propose or redeeming qualities this types of animes.
