I started watching anime while being fully aware of what anime was back in 2004 thanks to a channel called Buzz which only broadcasted anime during the daytime and hentai at night . My parents had subscribed to a Spanish broadband called ONO that provided numerous TV channels, including that one. Back then, the only ways were either having internet (which I didn't), VHS tapes, or TV channels.
The first anime (not counting anime broadcasted in mainstream TV) that I remember watching were, in this order: Tenjou Tenge, Gantz and Basilisk. These will always hold a special place for me, and laid the foundations of my current taste.
The first manga I remember reading was Renai Junkie (chapter 10) because it was included in a Spanish adult magazine from back then called Interviú, lol. From that point on, Oh! great's works since he was the one who made Tenjou Tenge.
I use both MAL & AniList and I sync them using this add-on: MAL-Sync.
About reviews, I got a very few well written ones, but for the most part you will find brief and silly notes meant for a quick glance to recall my impressions, for both myself and my friends.
MAL-Sync does not sync notes yet so they can only be found on my AniList/Fwry profile for now. I'm too lazy to copy paste all of them. There are thousands!
I used to have very nuanced scoring systems, but since I’m active on both platforms, I had to lower myself to MAL's 1-10 ranking system for consistency.
Rather than scoring titles as I used to with spreadsheets like this, I now just categorize them into rank groups.
I decided to stick with this method because organizing thousands of titles is an endless task. When I used more complex systems in the past, I always ended up finding inconsistencies and was never fully satisfied.

Description
10
The thin but very nuanced line that separates the best of the best the medium has to offer from absolute perfection. A rank dedicated to the only work to date that made me rethink my entire ranking system more than twice, as it felt unfair to be placed alongside the others. The magnum opus of the industry: MONSTER by Naoki Urasawa.
9
The top tier of my list and a rank for those works I regard as masterpieces. They go beyond sentimentality, offering the best of the best in their respective categories with a flawless execution of every single technical aspect. One of a kind stories with characters that remain etched for life in the viewer's repository of cherished memories.
8
Rank for all those transcendent and memorable titles that hold great value and that I remember with great affection and nostalgia, having left a mark on me at the time and living rent free in my head. I recommend all that falls into this category, as it embodies everything I seek in the medium.
7
From here on, we have all those titles with significant value that are very solid from a viewing experience standpoint, but for whatever reason remain here and don’t rank higher, as they fail to resonate with me or give me what I seek in this medium.
6
Reserved for decent and passable titles that go beyond being mere vacuous entertainment, starting to bring elements of value that enrich the work in one way or another. Though I wouldn’t recommend them, I admit that I didn’t dislike them at all.
5
Category for those titles that I don’t consider to be bad, but fall in the middle ground and don’t hold much value. They played their cards right and succeeded in their goal of entertaining, but ultimately turned out to be quite unmemorable and I wouldn’t watch them again.
4
Far from the lower ranks which contain utter garbage of planetarian proportions, this rank is for titles I consider bad because they failed to capitalize on their potential, ultimately becoming complete disappointments. Examples: Boruto, Bakuman, Gangsta...
3
Mediocrity at its finest. Anime and manga with zero value that endlessly churn out the same formulaic garbage, mindlessly consumed every season by the average viewer who spends their entire existence on Reddit r/animemes and attends any nearby anime event cosplaying as the cringiest thing imaginable. Examples: Too many possibilities here, like most seasonal isekai, most seasonal slice of life, most seasonal academia ecchi...
2
The worst of the worst I’ve ever encountered in all these years; a rank reserved for the abysmally bad titles that are awful in every single aspect. Mainly differs from the lowest category in that I am indifferent to them. Examples: Tokyo Ghoul:re (anime), any Junji Ito adaptation, Dr.Stone...
1
Dump of worthless titles that I genuinely detest with every fiber of my being. Often overhyped and praised to incomprehensible levels by the sheeple, serving as nothing more than a waste of human resources and an exercise in creativity akin to the filmography of Rocco Siffredi. Examples: Attack on Titan by MAPPA, No Game No Life, Oshi No Ko...
Only Rule: To nerf Naruto and Gintama, each anime is limited to just 1 OP!
1. Monster:
2. Dragon Ball Z (Castilian Spanish) - OP 1:
3. Hunter X Hunter (1999) - OP 2:
4. Shingeki no Kyojin - OP 2:
5. Tokyo Ghoul - OP 1:
6. Elfen Lied:
(Only first 30 seconds because of the fucking YouTube age restriction...)
